Classic Peanut Butter Cookies (24 servings)
Ingredients:
A:
- 225 g butter
- 260 g crunchy peanut butter (Depending on preference, you can use smooth peanut butter too)
- 200 g white sugar
- 220 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
B:
- 310 g all purpose flour
- 5 g baking soda
- 3 g salt
- 7 g baking soda
Directions:
- Thoroughly cream ingredient A
- Sift ingredient B.
- Stir ingredient B into A. But into refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake in pre-heated 190 Degree C oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies turn golden brown.
